• Photos: When you use the skin analysis feature, you provide a photo. Photos are sent to our servers for analysis only and are not stored permanently.
• Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password hash.
• Usage data: We collect anonymized data about how you use the App (screens visited, features used) to improve the product.
• Device information: Device type, OS version, and app version for debugging and compatibility purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To analyze your skin and generate your Glow Score.
• To store your analysis history so you can track progress over time.
• To send important app updates and support communications.
• To improve and debug the App.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Photo Data

Photos you submit for analysis are transmitted securely to our servers and then sent to trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers (including Amazon Web Services and its AI model providers) that process the image solely to generate your analysis results. Photos are used only to produce your results and are deleted from our servers after processing. We do not use your photos for model training without explicit opt-in consent, and our AI providers do not use them to train their models.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and skin analysis history for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App, which removes all your personal data from our systems within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

Dermi AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
